In this 2 hour class, Agnieszka & Suzy will give you a short history of American Tribal Style® Belly Dance as well as present you with the main concepts of ATS®. This group improvisational style of dance will allow you to connect with yourself and with other women.
After a warm-up, we will teach you a few steps from both the slow and the fast ATS® vocabulary. We promise to have everyone dancing at the end of our class.
The class will end with a short performance with finger cymbals.

The class is designed for women 16 years and up.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
Bellydance is usually done in bare feet, but any soft soled dance shoe would also be fine.
